Subject: how can i publish new templates
Hi, I have created a template, where the layout can be easily be customized only ba an xml-file. It is possible easily to define boxes that are fixed or variable. For an non php example look at http://wwwittenberg.de/dwlayout/. I want to publish my tool for dokuwiki and dont know where to do that.

You might just add it to http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:tpl:templates. You can't upload files there though. You have to host the .zip/.tgz somewhere else.
Please add [SOLVED] to the initial thread subject if you feel your question has been answered.
