Subject: Sidebar in arctic
I have searched and can't make it work. I have the current DW-RC and
latest arctic skin. I want to add some stuff to the left sidebar.
Where should the left sidebar file located? I have tried with the
file: sidebar in the arctic/sidebars and in the /data/pages and still
can't make it work.
Here are the setting from conf/local.php:

$conf['tpl']['arctic']['left_sidebar_content'] = 'main,toc,user,group,namespace,index';
$conf['tpl']['arctic']['right_sidebar_content'] = 'main,user,group,namespace,index';
