Subject: Using PunBB 1.3beta to authenticate rc2008-04-11
Hi folks:

I have been trying to setup DokuWiki to use my PunBB MySQL users for authentication. I have followed the instructions found at http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:auth:punbb and have come to a standstill. I get this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function random_pass() in /path/to/dokuwiki/inc/auth/punbb.class.php on line 161
The path in the message is correct, I have changed it for this message. I have no idea what to do to solve this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

random_pass is a function available in PunBB. But it might have been removed/renamed in the new beta version.
