INDESTRUCTABLE Error on Top of every Page

Subject: INDESTRUCTABLE Error on Top of every Page
I've tried reinstalling, but no dice. Nothing I do will remove the error at the top of the page!

Believe it or not it also always says: "Wandering Wifi: Go wander. You're connected...."
