Subject: Tag and backlinks
Hi,

I use the tags and it works. I am trying to use a sub-section of these tags in the sidebar. I can't get it working properly.
Biz 101
works but I don't want to use the http:// because it creates the web icon.

Any suggestion?

Hi,

you could put the following CSS into your <dokuwiki>/conf/userstyle.css (if it doesn't exist just create it):

div.dokuwiki div.sidebar_box a.urlextern { padding-left: 0; background: none; color: __wikilink1__; }

Then reload your page in Firefox using CTRL + SHIFT + R.

1. Yes this fixed the exact problem: Thank you!
2. Going back to the original question: How to do backlinks w/o using the website name such as:
Biz 101
instead of:
Biz 101
But that does not work. I have also tried putting doku.php in front w/o success.

This isn't possible, you can either use a custom interwiki link (which will show the interwikilink graphic or use an external link).

Well, the answer is simple CSS knowledge and not related to DokuWiki so it's beyond the scope of our docs. And about the initial question where the answer was "no, that's not possible" - you won't find this in the docs because we usually document what *is* possible and not what is not ;-)

So asking in the forum was the best you could do after searching ;-).
Read this if you don't get any useful answers.
