Subject: Upgrade problems
Okay did an upgrade to latest as per instructions and get this problem!

DokuWiki Setup Error

The tmpdir ('tmp') does not exist, isn't accessible or writable. You should check your config and permission settings. Or maybe you want to run the installer?

Its a permissions thing but the upgrade instruction cunningly fail to mention what the permissions should be set to! We aren't all linux gurus....

The correct permissions depend on your setup, the webserver (the user your webserver runs under) needs write access to the <dokuwiki>/data/tmp directory just like for <dokuwiki>/data/pages.
