Subject: Is this a bug in the ACL rules?
I see in the Access Control List Management panel that I've set root permissions for @user to "Upload." And, I've updated it. Yet, right below that it says
I don't get it. Now, I also have the root permissions for @ALL set to "Read."
Can't I set the permissions so unregistered people can only read everything while registered people can read, edit, create, and upload?
Any help appreciated.
