Subject: New stable release available
After three release candidates I just released a new (hopefully) stable version of DokuWiki tagged 2006-11-06. There are no new features since the last release candidate but again a handful of bugs were fixed.
Users still running the old stable release 2009-03-09 should upgrade now.

Special thanks go out to Chris Smith (as usual) for many many contributions and bug fixes and to Ben Coburn for his work on the changelog mechanism and many other performance tweaks. I also like to thank Esther Brunner for her idea and work on the new meta data system. More thanks go out to all other contributors, translators and distribution packagers.
