Subject: install.php not working
I just upgraded from 2008-05-05 version to stable 2009-02-14b version exactly as mentioned on http://www.dokuwiki.org/install:upgrade. I am using Linux, so I set the wiki directory to be owned by apache user and group. Now when I run install.php I get this:
The whole directory and files are have permission of reading and writing by the owner (apache) but I can't run install.php, I don't even see any Login button. I can only edit pages but can not add new ones, I can't do anything at all. Whats wrong ?
For security reasons this script will only work with a new and unmodified Dokuwiki installation. You should either re-extract the files from the downloaded package or consult the complete Dokuwiki installation instructions

* {DOCUMENT_ROOT}//scratchpad/conf/users.auth.php already exists
* {DOCUMENT_ROOT}//scratchpad/conf/acl.auth.php already exists
