Subject: DokuWiki in normal iso-8859 charset
I want to use DokuWiki with iso-8859-2 charset instead of utf-8.
How can I do it?

I (and my colleagues) frequently use devices that don't support utf-8 and don't want to change them onlu because our wiki. Yet I don't trust non-8-bit charset since I had big crash in documentation and could only restote documents that were in 8-bit charset.
