quickbuttons do not display anymore

Subject: quickbuttons do not display anymore
Hello,

after a recent update of dokuwiki the quickbuttons bar disappeared, how can I get it back?

It could be a help if you check the file permissions and erase the cache

which permissions of which file(s) do you exactly mean?

the server permissions (chmod)

that doesn't help much, I know chmod, but which file has ta have which permission to get the quickbuttons back?

it helped :) my problem was the update, we forgot to update conf/dokuwiki.php. It was little bit of work after realising that you may not make changes to dokuwiki.php but to overwrite the $conf-Values in local.php. Thanks for your pointer to the thread.

If someone else encounters this problem, read carefully http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:faq:toolbar, especially point 3, this helped me.
