We'd love to see what you've done with your Dokuwiki installations if you'd like to share them.  :-)

To start off, I have three that are live on a health related site:

They use a customised arctic template, the SMF auth module, and for plugins, just Box and Explain. Explain is not completely setup yet, as it needs configured for all the terms in the dictionary, not just the acronyms. But incredibly handy for cross-referencing.

I just waited for such a thread... ;)

I use DW at intranet for (IT-) administrative documentation, atm without any special plugins or templates, so no link is available. (I love it, if everything is hidden behind some "options" ;) )

I use the arctic template. I experiment with it to learn CSS. I want to customise the template.
So to add content is sometimes vorgotten.

In the moment I fight with the acl and with friendly URLs.

We have one 'production' wiki up (with a couple of others for testing of new patches and our own work), set up on our internal network.  Until recently it was the standard template, with some modifications to integrate it a bit better with some of our other applications.  I decided to take a break from 'real work' recently and change the looks, which ultimately ended up with usage of the ACH template with a stylesheet to better match the look of above mentioned apps.  Documentation used to be sporadic and difficult to find around here, spread out between random notes in different applications, random paper documents lying on various desktops, and mostly random text files on various servers.  Having a home for all documentation, and having it exist in a format that is fairly easily exported to any other format we may want for a particular case is a great time saver.

The look is nothing very special, but in case anyone wants to see a screenshot is attached.

Subject: Update
Now we have our own little template with our corporate colors. In the meantime the prduction team is joining the wiki and does some documentation within. :)

Perhaps the worst DokuWiki, i use it to take notes and for testing purpose :
