Hello Forum
I am trying to create a personal wiki. I am considering DokuWiki and TiddlyWiki
⁰ for the purpose. I have some notes lying around in my Onenote, my blog, and in org-mode files that I want to migrate to this new personal Wiki.
The reason I am moving to a wiki setup is to take advantage of the ease of creation of pages, ability to link and create pages quickly, and to see in one go the connection between the pages.
This is inspired by Seitz's Wiki
¹ describing his personal wiki, it has about 17,000+
² pages including his Wikilog (blog) that is maintained in the same wiki. Though mine wouldn't be as big, I want to have the backlinks listed in the page itself like he has in his pages. It is a wonderful mechanism to discover the relationship between ideas, but building it will take time
Questions:
1. I have seen the backlinks plugin₃
⁴ that will add backlinks to the page if I insert a macro to the edit window.I would be happy with this if it can automatically insert
{{backlinks>.}} in every new page compose editor.
2. Is there any other way to do this maybe by adding a function to the template? I am not a programmer but would like to see your suggestions if it is a minor edit.
