Check the page $ID of the page you are on, then output a link consistent with the requirements of that page. I don't use this plugin myself, but as I understand it, it works off a link referencing the export parameter. You can also add a template parameter. From the plugin page:
The template can be overridden with the tpl request variable e.g. add &tpl=yourtemplate to the export url.
So depending on the page you are on, you would change the pdf template in the url of the link.
