Good Sirs,
I am building rather usual hierarchical structure of my site - I use namespaces as "directories" and would have nice breadcrumbs in navigation bar.
By default the URI-es in the hierarchical breadcrumbs looks like "
example.com/ns/start", but I would prefer to have them "
example.com/ns/" (without redirecting to
example.com/ns/start) or even "
example.com/ns" (this is no problem for me as I could create
ns.txt[/m] page which would work as index file for [m]ns:.
My idea was to modify
tpl_youarehere[/m] function of [m]inc/template.php to eliminate start variable
I started from this portion:
echo '<span class="home">';
tpl_pagelink(':'.$conf['start']);
echo '</span>';
I thought that if I remove
.$conf['start'][/m] variable, then the home link would refer to root of my server eg to "example.com/" instead of "example.com/start". I tried some experiments with [m]'basedir'[/m] and [m]'baseurl'[/m] instead of [m]'start' but get a mess. So I even did not continue with second and 3rt portion of this function
Is there any resolution how to get rid of
'start' variable in hierarchical breadcrumbs?
This is clear that some sort of index file is recuired for a namespace, which is why breadrcums designed to render
'start'[/m]. From other hand Dokuwiki.org use [m]namespace.txt[/m] file instead of [m]namespace/start.txt and I would have the same structure.
Is it possible that some trick with
.htaccess[/m] will go to render content of [m]/namespace/start.txt[/m] in example.com/namespace URI? I believe so, as dokuwiki allows to render [m]content of /start.txt[/m] in example.com/ Is the any ideas on configuration of [m].htaccess to achieve this?
Thank you in advance
PS. I do my homework with searching the forum pior to make this post and found nothing
