Hi help53,
Dokuwiki is so cool that it can translate for you :-)
Sorry if my words created some confusion  . It was not clear when I told you to put the french part in the :en new page
It won't translate for you but you will have your page ready in the :en exactly with the tree (arborescence) of your wiki, which is
really brilliant because you don't have to worry about it.
I say that because it is a way to organize translation paragraph after paragraph that gives to someone else possibility to check the French/English part by part, before removing French.
Dokuwiki is moving forward and there is a lot of new stuff each
new release.
Upgrading or not is a personal question, but the change page of Dokuwiki will give you some good reasons to deal with your superior. I have pleasure to see evolution of this great tool and feel more close to the Dokuwiki community, even if I don't participate as much as I would be pleased to do. I have a copy of the wiki locally to test every new thing (new release, plugin, template) before to make change in the server. A good habit, it seems.
Bon courage,
Digitalin.
