I have tried "Html2DokuWiki Converter GUI for Win32"
https://www.dokuwiki.org/tips:htmltowiki Thanks for the suggestion.
The text appears to convert well
http://opencpn.org/ocpn/toolbar_gps-setup-status
http://tgp-architects.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=opencpn:opencpn_user_manual:gps_setup_and_status
There are image links similar to this
{{:ocpn:sites:default:files:users:wdkester:1gps%20status.png}}
{{:ocpn:sites:default:files:users:taifun:red-gps.png}}
{{:sites:default:files:users:taifun:gpsRed.png?28x28}}
{{:sites:default:files:users:taifun:gps1.png?28x28}}
There are some external links that will have to be changed eventually.

Images
I expect I will have to learn the quickest way to export these from Drupal and import to Dokuwiki, unless there is a better technique.
I will also need search and replace capability to change the links.
For example {{:ocpn:sites:default:files:users:taifun:red-gps.png}}
could become simpler {{:ocpn:sites:default:files:users:red-gps.png}} because "taifun" is a user file directory which does not exist yet.
Questions using this method:
I am not sure the adjusted size off the images will be maintained.
Search and replace capability?
https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:strreplace?s[]=search&s[]=replace#configuration_options
How many photo files can be held on one directory? Any limits or problems?
Quicker way to do many images?
Later --
From the webpage, right click on each pages images and "save image as" to a local directory.
Then upload all the images to the dokuwiki media.
Then paste the first part of the path with the correct path, or manual change, or use the image tool.
This takes some time, and the size of the image has to be worked on.
It may be easier to use CKeditor as Myron showed because it appears the images are also brought in.
I don't know if this will create other problems for us creating a good wiki.
I do know the OpenCPN Editors are more familiar with the CKeditor interface, so that may be another reason to go this way.
I would like to setup an Editor Group, so we would have Admin, Editor, User groups. Have not figured that out yet.
