Hello, I'm planning on creating a closed wiki and adding one user for all my readers. Will it be a problem since there will be multiple logins from multiple locations at the same time?

Why? That's generally considered a bad idea for a number of reasons:
1) You loose traceability.
2) You loose control (users will pass on the login information) of who can access it.
3) If you subsequently wish to restrict access to particular areas you can't.
4) Users tend to reuse passwords. If they have a fixed password for an application then it will be reused on some accounts. Potentially you could have multiple accounts using the same password.
The inbuilt ACL system is quite easy to use once you understand it properly, it will help you out in the long run.

For thousands of security reasons you don't want 1 account for all readers, just go through the struggle of creating accounts 1 by 1 with a password generator, or allow them to create the accounts for like 1 day then block it and delete all the useless created accounts.
