ejetoro The plugin https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:searchform is all that i wanted, thank you again. But now, when i search the first time i get the results ok, but once "on the search page", i lost the language filter... How can i do now?
ejetoro Hello everyone. I have the plugin translation. I want to know if i can only search the wiki in the current language, if i search for something, right now, i get results for spanish, english, etc and the results are mixed... How can i avoid this?
cziehr If you have organized your languages in different namespaces, you can restrict your search to the appropriate language-namespace. To get an own searchfield for every language-namespace, you may use the plugin https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:searchform
cziehr In the options of the search-page, you can restrict the search to a specific namespace. But this must be done by the user.
andi there is no plugin needed. in a multilingual wiki the first namespace is the language. use https://www.dokuwiki.org/config:search_nslimit to automatically limit searches to the first namespace and you have what you want.
ejetoro Thank you everybody for answering. @cziehr, yes i have seen the @ in the search field when i look for something in a specified namespace, but the average user doesn't mind on that, the search page should keep the current language and persist searching on it. @andi, i can limit the searches to my first namespace with search_nslimit (spanish). English, french, german or chinese people have to search in spanish, then when reaching the final page (if they are able to do that), change the language to the desired one?
