I'm using bootstrap3. In Frusterick both the EDIT buttons for each Section, and the group of widgets for controlling the Editor, were positioned on the right edge of the page. In Greebo, they are now positioned on the left edge.
I don't mind the repositioning of the EDIT buttons, but the problem with the Editor settings widgets being on the left side is that I click the setting widget (where I can select or deselect the built-in Dokuwiki editor and use Codemirror instead) and the pop-up menu is rendered mostly off-screen to the left, obscuring the text and making it unusable.
I have disabled ckgedit and enabled codemirror plugins. But since the change in justification affects the EDIT button as well, I'm not confident that this is related to my choice of editor.
Any suggestions or corroboration?

These issues have nothing to do with ckgedit. The attached image shows the sidebar in bootstrap3 with ckgedit installed and all the tools are on the right and the section edit button where it belongs. See the following post for ckedit open with all buttons and tools in place.

ckgedit with bootstrap3.

Here's what I'm referring to. First image is from Greebo.
(EDIT) I didn't mean to suggest ckgedit was the cause -- just wanted to mention I'd turned it OFF since it came installed by default in Greebo.

There may be a conflict with one of your plugins. The thing to do is to disable all plugins which do not come installed with dokuwiki. Then see what happens. If all is ok, then re-enable them one-by-one until you find the conflicting plugin. I suspect there is a css mix-up. (Ckgedit, by the way, doesn't come installed with greebo, so it must have been left from a previous installation.).

I did as you recommended and the problem persisted, so I'm now looking for a local css problem.
Sorry I mistakenly said ckgedit came installed -- I thought I'd done a clean install but apparently not.
