My search started with wanting to break a very long list into a more compact form to avoid so much whitespace on a page
Ideally, I'd be able to break it up into 2 or 3 columns. In fact, I found a post/article/advice somewhere about adding markup to wiki to allow 2- or 3-column layout fairly simply.
this lead me down the path of exactly how many columns. Sometimes a browser page is wider and sometimes it's narrower. Sometimes it's even viewed on mobile devices.
I guess it digs into the entire can of worms of responsive layouts, which I can't do, but is there a way to allow at least the columns mode to be responsive to the width of the page?
Or is there a really simple thing I can do to make the entire wiki being in responsive layout?
Thanks for all help/advice.
