schplurtz Hi, I didn't knpw it was in entities.conf. Removing it from entities.conf won't survive a DW upgrade, and it acts on all the double dashes everywhere. If only a few double dashes need be escaped, one can use an empty tag between the 2 dashes. All these work : -****- -////- -%%%%- -____- -//**__%%%%__**//- All add some empty html tags except the nowiki one. So my preference goes to -%%%%- Edit : silly me ! the nowiki works great since it is in entities.conf. This is the solution : %%--%%
turnermm True, but instead of all these, you can creat a file conf/entities.local.conf and redefine the double dash there as itself: #entities.local.conf -- --
ryan-chappelle I would have never thought of defining an entity as itself. This is a great trick! Thanks!
