Hello,
Sorry to answer late. I'm actually working on a DokuWiki of which I'm not administrator and it's embarrassing developing with fear of 'causing disasters'.
And I realized, alleluia, I could install DokuWiki on my Synology server, which I did this morning. I now have a testing environment where I feel more comfortable.
I have a list of about 1,000 people that my users can 'potentially' call by phone.
Of course my user only calls one person at a time. So I need a filter system to choose who to call.
I have 3 different filters:
- Filter 1: About 100 choices.
- Filter 2: 3 possibilities
- Filter 3: about 20 choices
... and maybe a 4th filter: already called (Yes or No)?
When my user choose who to call (I imagine an action button like ''call this person''), the system switches to form mode and displays all the information about the person to be called.
The top part of the form will be fixed (information about the person) and the bottom will be variable because it will consist of one record per call already made.
At the end of the conversation my user should be able to create a new 'interview' record for this person. This interview record will include :
- my user's initials
- a score from 1 to 5
- a free text
While writing, I was thinking my user's initials and the score could also be used as 5&6 filters ... why not?
This is the heart of the project, I hope I have been clear enough.
Thank you for your help.
Regards - Jean-Paul
