Hi there! 🙂
So I've set up my website/server as follows:
- domain.com links to server-domain.com/username/webroot/
- wiki.domain.com links to the same webroot
- .htaccess in webroot forwards wiki.domain.com to domain.com/wiki
In Dokuwiki, I enabled nice URLs via rewriting, enabled the slash option and did the changes to the (separate) .htaccess in the /wiki directory (i.e. I simply followed https://www.dokuwiki.org/rewrite)
Almost everything works fine so far, two exceptions (that might be related) though:
- wiki.domain.com correctly leads to my wiki and gives me a login prompt.
- however, after logging in, the url becomes wiki.domain.com/wiki/start and pages are shown at wiki.domain.com/wiki/namespace/pagename
Is there a way to get rid of the /wiki/ part, so that the URL would become wiki.domain.com/start or wiki.domain.com/namespace/pagename ?
Second thing:
- Despite of the 'Remember me' option, I have to login again, when I type wiki.domain.com again
- wiki.domain.com/wiki/ seems to leave me logged in, but not after I visited wiki.domain.com
- server-domain.com/username/webroot/wiki/ always has me logged in
Is there a way to make wiki.domain.com recognize me already being logged in?
Thanks in advance!
