Good option wish.
It's crude, but you could try:-
1. copy the output and paste into a file e.g. Kwrite/Kate if you use Linux (and KDE), any good file editor that handles regex, or paste it into a file and work from the Linux CLI (a.).
2. use a regex to strip the filenames with their path from the list e.g.
(^[a-zA-Z:\-_.0-9]+)\s\t[a-zA-Z\s]+$
(keep the filenames and path with
\1 and pipe the results to file.
3. process the file e.g.
I'd suggest you back up first... I also haven't tested to see whether gallery and other image plugins create links that are detected by that plugin.
(a.)
1. Copy the list of filenames with full path (after running the regex)
2. type the following code into the linux shell
cat <<EOF > stuff2rm.txt
3. Paste the list into the CLI
4. type EOF and press enter, that will create a file containing a list of all the files you want to delete - with the their pathnames from the wiki root. Check it, and if it looks sane, process it.
5. while read i; do rm $i;done <stuff2rm.txt
