andi No, I didn't copy these in the second, clean installation.
I use a self installed PHP, never had issues with paths though.
OK, I did it again. First I downloaded the latest stable from github.
Unzipped it into a new folder "dokuwiki" on my DokumentRoot.
Launched the site in my browser:
http://localhost/dokuwiki/
and got the main page without css styling, in the php_errors.log in the dokuwiki directory I can read:
[03-Jan-2021 16:43:24 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "fperm" in C:\Apache24\htdocs\dokuwiki\inc\init.php on line 343
[03-Jan-2021 16:43:24 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "fperm" in C:\Apache24\htdocs\dokuwiki\inc\io.php on line 255
[03-Jan-2021 16:43:24 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "fperm" in C:\Apache24\htdocs\dokuwiki\inc\io.php on line 255
[03-Jan-2021 16:43:24 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "fperm" in C:\Apache24\htdocs\dokuwiki\inc\io.php on line 255
I have not changed or added anything into the new folder.
EDIT: Sorry! I have done it again, with a clean install and put https instead of http and now it seems to work.
You were right 🙂
Sorry the trouble, must be related with my old settings!
Thanks!
After looking more exactly, I notice that the error with Logger.php is only in the github-master snapshot and not in the latest release.
I tried to change or disable the $conf['dontlog'] = 'debug'; in the dokuwiki.php but no change.
The error above (with Undefined array keys) is initially written to the php_errors.log but then not anymore.
I tried PHP 7.2, 7.4 and 8.0 (my default at the time) and this makes not the difference, I think.
I think now it is not the best idea to use the master-snapshot 🙂
