Enforce summary

Hello 🙂

Apparently EnforceSummary is no longer compatible with the current version of dokuwiki (hogfather).

I am currently looking for an alternative way to achieve the same thing.

@turnermm helped me in the past by telling me how to disable "minor changes" (which I need but was not covered by the EnforceSummary plugin). I hope this still works in hogfather, though.

Could something like this (a custom css or js file) force users to fill the summary field in hogfather? I guess not, right?

So there's a pull request that looks like it was suppose to make it compatible but was never merged

I was going to suggest just forking it and making an updated version as enforcesummary2 but I didn't see an open source license for it (the readme just says copyright the author). But the linked code changes may be what you need to make the plugin work. I suggest setting up a test wiki and testing it.
