OK turnermm here is what I am currently facing:
After copying the /data folder from the Greebo setup (prod)) onto the newly installed Hogfather setup (testing) and after having installed all the plugins that are compatible with Hogfather (see note1 below), I copied users.auth.php, local.php, and acl.auth.php from the /conf folder from the Greebo setup onto the the newly installed Hogfather setup.
Now, as soon as I edit anything (even just changing the name of the wiki in the configuration settings, from the admin panel, I can no longer log into the wiki (504 error). If I copy again the aforementioned file from Greebo to Hogfather I can log in again but suffer the same consequences as soon as I try to change anything.
NOTE 1: Here are the plugins that are currently installed on my Greebo setup but that I couldn't install on hogfather:
- Google Calendar
- iCalendar
- pax_global_header (what is this??? "Your last update:
Sun, 16 Feb 2014 15:23:37 +0100")
- TOC after headline
- Prevent Brute Force aka "tokenbucketauth" this is a pity since I really need the feature this plugins provide (I ban IPs for 1h if they enter invalid credentials 3 times). Let me know if you know any alternative
Now local.php from my Greebo setup contains the following:
$conf['plugin']['iCalendar']['dformat'] = ' %B %e<sup>th</sup> %Y ';
$conf['plugin']['iCalendar']['default'] = ' * //{date}//: **{summary}** ({description})';
$conf['plugin']['iCalendar']['list'] = '====== {date}: {summary} ======
and
{description}';
$conf['plugin']['googlecal']['gcal_js_ok'] = '1';
$conf['plugin']['tokenbucketauth']['tba_block_time'] = '3600';
$conf['plugin']['tokenbucketauth']['tba_mean_time'] = '3600';
$conf['plugin']['tokenbucketauth']['tba_send_mail'] = 'me@myemail';
Therefore I assume I should edit local.php to remove these parameters, right?
They correspond to plugins that are not present on the wiki. However, I still wonder how come I can log into the wiki after I copy this local.php again in /conf but not after I change any parameter on the wiki...
What would you recommend?
Thanks
