when using a tracking tag like Matomo or Google Analytics, the 2fa Login page shows up as title start [wikiname] as well as the URL of start, I would prefer it to show as something like Two Factor - start similar to how the Admin page title looks to be able to notice the additional pageview.
a typical log looks like this, the first hit is from pasting the URL (triggering the 2fa), the second is the reload, this is difficult to see:
