Yesterday, I moved the git repository for DokuWiki from my personal GitHub account to an organization account. So instead of https://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki the source code is now to be found at https://github.com/dokuwiki/dokuwiki
This has been done mostly, because GitHub organizations have more features and more fine grained control over repositories and their settings. It also helps to differentiate the "official" code from my personal projects (not that there is much of a difference). It does not change anything in how DokuWiki is maintained and who has write access to the repository. For now it's mostly cosmetical.
Since GitHub will redirect the old URLs (even when pushing or pulling) there is no need for immediate action by anyone. But for correctness sake I would still recommend working on a fresh clone from the new URL.
It also makes sense to update the wiki documentation to refer to the new URL. Maybe when you work on a wiki page, check if there are any links to update.
You can also search the wiki if you feel like updating a whole bunch of pages.
