Hej fellows,
TL;DR: For some pages I don't yet know a fitting namespace. Can I change attribution later without breaking links? How to deal with this "uncertainty" workflow-wise?
I am in the process of familiarizing myself with Dokuwiki and would like to say how much I appreciate its no-nonsense approach.
I am wondering, however, how to "start" populating my wiki. There is a fair bit of pages for which I know a fitting namespace, yet there are some pages where I currently have no idea.
I considered simply creating those "unsorted" pages either in the root (or an "unsorted") namespace and to change their belonging to a particular namespace (its "attribution" as I've tried to call it) after the fact.
However, if I've understood the manual correctly, that would imply a fair bit of changes to be made by Hand to ensure that links to those pages don't go stale/orphaned. On the other Hand, I've Seen there seems to be a Plugin for about everything in Dokuwiki.
So I would like to know how I can deal with said uncertainty and if there is a recommended workflow to facilitate this dokuwiki-wise.
Have a good day, folks 🙂
