Some weeks ago a new and very nice and simple template showed up: Wikipraktik. I used it for a new wiki, now the template has disappeared from Dokuwiki and Github, only an old revision is available: https://www.dokuwiki.org/template:wikipraktik?rev=1683662447 and in Github it moved to Dokuwiki-translate https://github.com/dokuwiki-translate/dokuwiki-template-wikipraktik
My question: What does it mean when a template is removed? Is it no longer safe to use or how shall we deal with such issues? Thanks!
It looks like they're trying to protect against brand dilution, so they've just moved it to somewhere less noticable.
