I see a contrast between what is being asked earlier on in your message and what is being asked later on. It seems contradictory.
- Logo located in the upper left corner
- The background of the webpage can be changed to an image
- Content framework can set transparency

Are you asking for someone to give you 5 minute tweaks that can make minor adjustments to your theme, or something more full-blown and expansive that will take hours to complete?
It sounds like that you haven't specified each individual change that you would like made to the template and what your goals and intentions are.
If I was to assume and second-guess what I think you're trying to do, is that you would like someone to create a completely new template that is inspired by this one, just like how the Walmart web design is inspired by Amazon while being different enough to be a completely new design.
So are you asking for minor adjustments as tweaks. or are you asking for completely new design?
If it's the second one, then you're going to have to write a brief.
PS. I did not design the Varicolored template, someone else did. All I did is convert it from a pure CSS design to one that is compatible with Dokuwiki. If you are looking for a web designer, you might want to contact the creator of that web design, not me, as their web design style is very different from mine.
If you visit the dokuwiki themes project page, as specified on the template listing on the dokuwiki website, you'll be able to find the original creator of the Varicolored theme, along with the free CSS themes that they made available for download. I'll post the links here anyway.
