Here's just an idea and a comment on the general situation: The magic function you're looking for, which can be used to realise anything you could wish for, is called "programming". Otherwise, I think things will look pretty bleak. As a rule, you can't pick two functions from two different plugins and look for a way to use them together. In principle, the wiki code has nowhere near the same orthogonality as standard programming languages. This means that syntax elements can only be combined with each other to a very limited extent.
In most cases, this is only possible if the plugins are explicitly prepared and programmed accordingly (e.g. several plugins can use the Pagelist plugin) or the combination option results from the syntax, such as with the Wrap plugin.
