Hi all,
I installed dokuwiki (server from www.netissime.com ; linux I think).
I allowed to write in the folder ".../data".
I can create pages, edit them and modify them. These pages are saved in the folder ".../data/pages" (files format ".txt"). Nevertheless, I still have the following type of error messages:
Writing /var/...../data/cache/9/98dbf69d41072fd8d9efbb45378d373f.i failed
Unable to save cache file. Hint: disk full; file permissions; safe_mode setting.
Writing /var/...../data/cache/9/98dbf69d41072fd8d9efbb45378d373f.i failed
Unable to save cache file. Hint: disk full; file permissions; safe_mode setting.
Writing /var/...../data/cache/9/98dbf69d41072fd8d9efbb45378d373f.xhtml failed
Of course, the names of the files change depending of the pages.
1/ Every folder have the same settings (reading/writing) under "/data".
2/ In the folder "…/data/cache", the folders "0", "1", "8", "9", "a", "c", etc… was created with the settings corresponding to my fmode/dmode.
=> My dokuwiki is able to create folders in the folder "…/data".
3/ In the folder "…/data/pages" some files ".txt" corresponding to my wiki-pages was created with the settings corresponding to my fmode/dmode.
=> My dokuwiki is able to create files in the folder "…/data".
The combination of the point 1/, 2/ and 3/ are not logical for me, I don't understand how it is possible.
Current settings:
- savedir: ./data
- dmode: 0777
- fmode: 0666
- allowdebug: non active
With the files .htaccess =
"Order Allow,Deny
Allow from All"
=> No change
Question1: Why do I have these error messages? (Seemingly every thing work properly!?!)
Otherwise which function is affected?
Question2: How can I solve this issue?
Question3: If there are no consequences, how can I just delete these error messages? (Temporary solution...)
Thank you in advance
youpi
Thank you for your help! This was exactly the problem.
I was not able to do the modification by myself, so I asked "Netissime" to do that for me.
I would also like to thank the support of Netissime for their quick reactivity.
