Hello!
I have a dokuwiki page and want to create a namespace, which is visible only, if
a) the user is logged-in and
b) the user belongs to a certain user group.
I created a user group and gave this user group reading rights for the relevant parts of my page.
However, when I log in under this user name I am not only able to read the pages, but also to modify them.
What can be the cause of this error (user is able to modify a page, even though there are no such permissions in ACL part of dokuwiki admin) ?
Thanks in advance
Dmitri Pissarenko
P. S.: I'm using dokuwiki version 2009-02-14.

I had a similar problem, i guess it can be because of the inheritance of user rights. If (like in the standard installation) a logged in user has rigth to modify the root namespace, he can modify the depending namespaces as well. I have done it like this: root namespace ist closed for all and readable for logged in users (group user). Only the start page is readable for all, otherwise you see only the log-in page when you start the wiki.
