Hello,
for testing purposes, I would like to have 2 instances of Dokuwiki on my local computer ( one "stable" version for comparison, one for making modifications and tests ).
Template "default"
http://mydomain/mypath/dokuwiki1
Template "roundbox"
http://mydomain/mypath//dokuwiki2
but which use a common data directory
http://mydomain/mypath/wikidata
So I learned that I have to configure both instances
in the file
/conf/local.php
by the line
/$conf['savedir'] = '../wikidata';
I can load in my browser the starting page "doku.php" of each instance,
but somehow the clickable links on the title page of "dokuwiki1" point to the directory of "dokuwiki2",
So this is the link visible when moving the mouse over a link in doku.php:
http://mydomain/mypath/dokuwiki2/doku.php?id=anotherpage
If I click on the link,
http://mydomain/mypath/dokuwiki2/doku.php?id=anotherpage
is loaded, with template "roundbox".
If I change the URL to
http://mydomain/mypath/dokuwiki1/doku.php?id=anotherpage
manually, of course the right page loads, with the template "default".
But every link on that page, though loaded with the template "default", links again to a path on "dokuwiki2".

So its just what makes happen that the doku.php of instance #1 contains links which point to instance #2,
just because they share the same data directory ?
If I check the .TXT source code, there is no reference to something else, but just standard lokal links.
If I check the HTML source code, I see the reference to the wrong instance.

And how to avoid this ?
It dit not help to delete the cache directories.
At this moment, I donĀ“t use NiceURL or htaccess.
Sincerely
Rolf
