Could some boby write me a template.
The "original" template is from a Joomla Template : Rhuk Milkyway
It may be downloadable here =>

There is include 3 set of colors. I select the white one
and I modify it a little bit for lighter blue =>

The light blue frame over the left menu could be convert to a single line (same color or
yellow => #F1BE6D or
like this one => #FFC800
AND one important wish is to have a yellow line arround the "main frame" (where articles are).
