Maybe some of your files got corrupted? Try to grep your files for that text. If you find anything, try restoring the file with a clean copy.

I recently installed dokuwiki on a server running MS Server 2008 (64 bit) and IIS 7.0. I installed PHP 5 to make it possible. It worked great and has been a great help to my organization. However, recently, the following text is at the top of every page on the wiki.
vti_encoding:SR|utf8-nl vti_timelastmodified:TR|17 Jan 2010 10:35:46 -0000 vti_extenderversion:SR|12.0.0.0 vti_author:SR|RIVERMYST\\Ryan vti_modifiedby:SR|RIVERMYST\\Ryan vti_timecreated:TR|17 Jan 2010 10:35:46 -0000 vti_cacheddtm:TX|17 Jan 2010 10:35:46 -0000 vti_filesize:IR|711 vti_cachedneedsrewrite:BR|false vti_cachedhasbots:BR|false vti_cachedhastheme:BR|false vti_cachedhasborder:BR|false vti_charset:SR|utf-8 vti_backlinkinfo:VX|
All the wiki pages still work in every respect, but I'd like to know how to get rid of the header. It wasn't there at first- it took probably ten days or so for it to appear.
Thanks in advance.

every single file in the wiki folder has that text in it apparently. I'm going to do a fresh install. Does anybody have any idea what would cause text like that to be propagated to every page? Is it an issue with running on IIS?
