jeroen0611 Hi, I know there is a cloud plugin which presents the most frequently used words in the wiki. This results in a big list of irrelevant words like 'the', 'when', 'a', etc. Is there a cloud possibility which presents the most frequently used words in searching? Thanks!
chi Did you read the documentation of the plugin? You can exclude words from the word cloud by adding them each on its own line to inc/lang/[lang-code]/stopwords.txt or to conf/stopwords.txt.
jeroen0611 Yes I read it, but if you want a cloud that represents what's going on on the wiki, the things people search at is more relevant then the words being used most frequently. And totally different! (even when you exlude some words)
chi Ah, I kind of overread the "search" thing :-/. But the answer to that is no, there's no such thing yet. You could open a feature request at the bugtracker of the plugin though. For stats purposes it would maybe be interesting to have DokuWiki keep track of search strings.
imho Hi. Have a look at my brand new plugin at http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:searchstats. I'm gonna contact the authors of the cloud plugin if they use my plugin data to display a nice search-keyword-cloud.
