No Input File Specified

Just installed PHP 5.2.1 and put dokuwiki in Inetpub.
When I goto http://localhost/dokuwiki/install.php

I see "No Input File Specified" what is it talking about?

It's the PHP-CGI telling you it can't find the file you're looking for. The URL you use is probably wrong. Maybe you want http://localhost/install.php or http://localhost/dokuwiki-2006-11-06/install.php ?
