I note that this is a very old question - but I'll answer it in case someone else is searching for the solution to the same question (as I was this morning).
1. Create a tag page with the same name as the column name that uses the tag type. In this case the column name is
xy, so the page should be called
xy and reside in the root of
data/pages.
2. Create a datatable in the tag page which displays your tags in the first column. In this case it might look like this:-
~~NOCACHE~~
====== Tags ======
----
All pages using the matching tags
---- datatable ----
cols : xy_tags
headers : Tags
filter : type=Article
filter : %title%!=@@xy@@
widths : 10em
----
[/color]
==== Notes ===
* The filters are optional. If you filter by
Article you may find you get results that include the template - in which case you'll see
@@xy@@ in the list of links to pages with the matching tag. So
if you do filter by
Article you'll need to include the second filter to limit the displayed results to real tags. You could also filter by class e.g.
filter: %class%=something. You may not need to filter by anything (unless you want to exclude tags used in different dataentry
classes or contexts).
* I haven't tried using
tags as a Structured Data
type, I've only used
tag - which does allow for multiple tags.
* To avoid confusion - this functionality does
not require the tag plugin.
