Try to disable the plugin. First try this. Go to your conf directory and create a file with this name, if it doesn't already exist:
plugins.protected.php. If it exists, it should still be writable by you. In this file add the following code:
<?php
$plugins['sqlraw'] = 0;
If the file already exists, then you will most likely not need the
<?php, which should already be there.
Or go to lib/plugins. There you should see the directory
sqlraw[/m]. Place an empty file named [m]disabled in the sqlraw directory. To do this you need write permission, and if the Plugin Manager has installed it, you very likely will not have permission, which is why I suggest trying the plugins.protected method first.
