In the different pages of the two DokuWiki I use, sometimes text is justified, sometimes not. How can I control the alignment rules that applies? I didn't find anything about this in the documentation :-/

afaik you cannot control this.
dokuwiki trys to justify the text and in modern browsers (means non-internet explorer) it should be justified.
dokuwiki uses text-align:justify - in ie the align should be left

Text justification depends on the template you are using. Most, I guess, use CSS justify by default. I don't know if/how does CSS or DokuWiki manage specific national rules for paragraph length or alignment (like first line indent).
There are plugins that can help you out to determine alignment for particular sections of text, like the Wrap Plugin (the preferred way) or the DivAlign / DivAlign2 plugin.

i thing you can adjust the alignment by css yourselve. just put something like body div.dokuwiki div.page { text-align: left; } into your conf/userstyle.css
