For the tablewidth plugin: we are currently doing it as you suggest (using DWEdit). However the affected pages are not linked to a specific namespace, so I cannot use the suggested configuration option. But we told our users, not to edit this pages via fckgLite.
You actually don't have to use a namespace. You can use the name of the page as well.
12. A comma separated list of namespaces where the Dokuwiki editor is automatically loaded instead of the FCKeditor. This will work with pagenames as well. The code looks only for partial matches. So if you have “jack”, it will find “blackjack” and “jack_pine”.
So, for instance, you can create pages in any namespace with a table prefix or suffix: table_one, new_table, etc. And these will automatically be opened in the native DW editor. Even an infix will work: ourtablepage.
As for the wrap plugin, I'd have to see the exact syntax you are using and the context. I use it myself and have not had any trouble. As the demo page shows, it can be used in a wide variety of ways in fckgLite.
