Thank you for the Include

https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:epub?s[]=epub suggestions which look promising. I will certainly try those in due course.
The Druple 6 wiki has this TOC from which we create offline documentation
Here is our current Export Process currently
http://opencpn.org/ocpn/Edit_User_Manual_Export_Process Pavel has a script for it, but we've improved image file compression with Faststone. This is the EXPORT LINK
http://opencpn.org/ocpn/ocpn_manual_export/ To get a single page html file downloaded, all we have to do in the Browser is "File" "Save Page as" and the whole Wiki is downloaded onto our PC or whatever. Clicking on the downloaded OpenCPN_User_Manual.htm brings up the entire BOOK. It's that simple. We then compress image files and eliminate a external links for offline use. Is there some simple way to accomplish this?
Recently we made some progress with "Siteexport", (because I had not configured the plugin properly to go to :opencpn namespace) which seems to be exporting siteexport.zip files now. But not in the flat single page html TOC format we are looking for. See github discussion:
https://github.com/i-net-software/dokuwiki-plugin-siteexport/issues/64#issuecomment-259106923 The book-namespace navigation menu created with "indexmenu" uses javascript & ajax which is presented in a certain order, is not handled by "siteexport", so we may need to create a line by line TOC and put that into the page "fullindex". Also we seem to be getting to much of the wiki in the results which are just intended to be a simple searchable html help file for the opensource program OpenCPN
At this point Gerry, the developer has advised that we would need to make a custom template and reference that for a cleaner result. Gerry has been very helpful and made some other suggestions on github.
At this point I am wondering if there is some tool to create a line by line TOC that can be pasted into the page "fullindex" from the indexmenu that we have which would keep the order of the book.
Thanks, Rick
