Subject: WARP columns in IE and Chrome
Good day,

I'am trying te put the datatable output produced by the "Datatemplatelist" in columns but i get different output in IE 11 and Chrome.

This is my code :
<WRAP col2>
---- datatemplatelist ----
template: display1_tpl
cols    : xxxxxx
filter  : xxxxxx
and : xxxxx
sort : %pageid%
</WRAP>

In IE11 i get what i want : the datablocks are equally spit over the columns, with respect to the produced blocks.

In Chrome the top of the next datablock is displayed in the wrong column.

see attached jpg

Any idea how to get the output right in Chrome.

Thank you !

It seems i'am the only guy with double-sided printers ! :cool:

Just had an idea and it solved the problem :

This is the problem :  In action.php (in dw2pdf) the defaults are set as
    // some default settings
    $mpdf->mirrorMargins = 1;

I just removed it from action.php.

If this is needed it must be set in the Acrobat utility and should not be hard-coded.

Subject: DW2PDF default double-sided printing
When using the DW2PDF plugin it seems pages are by default double-sided printed.

I checked the default settings in dw2pdf config.php and it seems double sided printing is NOT enabled :
$this->mirrorMargins = 0

I'am puzzled , i can't find any other setting related to double-sided printing.

Using : Ponder Stibbons , Windows 7 , Adobe Acrobat, Canon printers.
In printerdriver / printer setup no double-sided is default set. Non dw2pdf pages are printed single-sided by default.

Do you have similar behavior ?

How can i change the double-sided printing to single-sided printing ?

I've managed to get other plugins to work

Maybe you installed the Wrap plugin, and it works ?

You can do the same, and much, much more, with the Wrap plugin.

I'am sorry that i am not clear enough.

Yes there is a menu option at the configuration menu, i already mentioned it in my first reply.
I also pointed to the parameters so you would understand these.

Just copy paste the string "doku? ..."  into your webbrowsers bar behind your site and it wil take you right to the config menu!
That easy.
But if you know the way you can go manualy to the configuration menu.

Try the options...

Did you set up Access Control List Management
doku.php?page=acl

ACL in Dokuwiki works like "is this user allowed to" instead of "this page/namespace is only for" , like in normal user rights settings for files and directorys.

You can find an example about a setup on this page : https://www.dokuwiki.org/acl#acls_by_example

Most navigation plugins respect ACL rules and only show content the user is allowed to.

Subject: Windows and Ponder Stibbins
Do you use Dokuwiki in a Windows environment and are you attached to your previously used (Windows-like) icons for Word, Excel etc?
Backup these icons first because when upgrading Ponder Stibbons will overwrite these.

Actual icon set : https://www.dokuwiki.org/mime#default_mime_types

No hard feeling Myron. ;-)

As the OP mentioned
I feel I've done something wrong with my pages.

To make it clear for dsiME :
You can move your existing pages to the desired namespace by using the move plugin, mentioned before : https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:move

It depends, maybe there is already a plugin for it ?

Or you could change an existing plugin like https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:uparrow.
This plugin already has things in it you probably need.

Useheading config option should work great with it.

Did you create directory's / namespaces manually i.e. outside Dokuwiki ?

Did you check the path of a file with its place in the index : doku.php?do=index

May reindexing helps  : https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:searchindex
