is there a way to create a slideshow that @ALL is able to watch without being able to download the images?

No.  :-/
If a visitor can view an image in a browser (on any website), they can also download it. There are various complicated methods that make it slightly more difficult to simply right-click and choose Save Image As... from the drop-down list, but essentially - if you can view it, you can keep it.

If you are worried about copyright being breached - embed the copyright information in the image, also add it as a watermark, and, archive a copy of the page with the Wayback machine to establish first publication (use the Save Page Now box).

If
you use KDE (and Linux) the following will make that simple:-

Right-click on an image file in the Dolphin file browser and embed copyright information:-
Put the following code into ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/kopyrightimage.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
MimeType=image/jpeg;image/tiff;image/png;image/gif;
X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
Actions=kopyrightimage;

[Desktop Action kopyrightimage]
Name=Embed copyright notice in image
Icon=/usr/share/kde4/apps/kopyrightimage/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/kopyrightimage.svgz
Exec=/usr/share/kde4/apps/kopyrightimage/kopyrightimage.sh %F

Put the following code into /usr/share/kde4/apps/kopyrightimage/kopyrightimage.sh (Requires exiftool)
#!/bin/bash
# kopyrightimage.sh
# Scott Ferguson <scott@scottferguson.com.au>
# 23 February 2017
# copyright notice into image using exiftool

YEAR=$(date +%Y)
COPYRIGHT_NAME=$(kdialog --icon '/usr/share/kde4/apps/kopyrightimage/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/kopyrightimage.svgz' --name 'exim copyright insertion' --caption 'Add copyright to EXIF (test0)' --inputbox 'Enter the copyright owner name,<br>or click <b>OK</b> to use the default name' 'Scott Ferguson')
if [ $? -eq 0 ]
  then
    COPYRIGHT_CONTACT=$(kdialog --icon '/usr/share/kde4/apps/kopyrightimage/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/kopyrightimage.svgz' --name 'exim copyright insertion' --caption 'Add copyright to EXIF (test0)' --inputbox 'Enter the copyright contact email<br>or click <b>OK</b> to use the default address' 'scott@scottferguson.com.au')
else
  exit
    if [ $? -eq 0 ]
      then
        COPYRIGHT_INFO="Copyright (c) "$COPYRIGHT_NAME" "$COPYRIGHT_CONTACT", $YEAR. All rights reserved."
    else
      exit
    fi
fi
for i in "$1"
do
    exiftool -copyright="$COPYRIGHT_INFO" "$1"

Right-click on an image file in the Dolphin file browser and add a watermark copyright:-

Put the following code into ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/scottfwatermark.desktop (You'll need to also create your own watermark .png image in place of the one used by this .desktop file. Requires ImageMagick)
NOTE: this only works with JPEG files (though it could be adapted to other image file types).
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
MimeType=image/jpeg
X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
Actions=Watermark_ScottF_JPEG

[Desktop Action Watermark_ScottF_JPEG]
Name=Watermark JPEG for Scott Ferguson
Icon=image-jpeg
Exec=cp %f{,.bak};/usr/bin/composite -dissolve 50% -gravity center -quality 100 /home/scott/Pictures/ScottF_2013_Watermark.png %f %f

If you can't watch a local copy of the movie with your browsers, then you won't be able to watch the same copy downloaded from DokuWiki - in the same browsers.

Either the computer you are using lacks hardware acceleration for video (it's enabled by default in browsers where supported, so it's unlikely you'd have deliberately disabled it in several web browsers) - in which case you can't test HTML5 video, or there is something wrong with the movie (most likely). Given that the version you made for .ogv and .webm do work... yeah, it's the .mp4 encode that's bad.

Download and install VLC, try playing the movie in VLC. Go to Tools -> Messages, and then increase the Verbosity to 1 (warnings). Leave the Messages dialog window open and go back to the main VLC player window and play the movie - then look at the error log for clues to the problem.

Handbrake is a great ripper/transcoder which does reliable .mp4 transcodes.

I'm not aware of a booking plugin for DokuWiki - or a mrbs bridge plugin for DokuWiki.
You could try using the DokuWiki iCalEvents Plugin to display mrbs bookings.

Contact the system administrator (or support staff) and ask to have the redirect to http://socialpsychstudies.com/ removed. They could be using a .htaccess file or PHP to do the redirect.

Debian 9 does not include DokuWiki in the main repositories - however you can use the packages from Unstable or Testing without issues. https://packages.debian.org/buster/all/dokuwiki/download

If you want to setup your DokuWiki the Debian way here is the virtualhost.conf
<VirtualHost *:80>
    ServerName  wiki.example.com
    DocumentRoot /usr/share/dokuwiki

    # Opération #DENY3M
    Include     /etc/apache2/deny3m/deny3m.conf

    RewriteEngine on

    # Gérer les anciens chemins en /dokuwiki
    RewriteRule ^/dokuwiki/(.*)         /$1 [R,L]

    RewriteRule ^/lib                   - [L]
    RewriteRule ^/doku.php              - [L]
    RewriteRule ^/feed.php              - [L]
    RewriteRule ^/_media/(.*)           /lib/exe/fetch.php?media=$1   [PT,QSA,L]
    RewriteRule ^/_detail/(.*)          /lib/exe/detail.php?media=$1  [PT,QSA,L]
    RewriteRule ^/_export/([^/]+)/(.*)  /doku.php?do=export_$1&id=$2  [PT,QSA,L]
    RewriteRule ^/$                     /doku.php  [L]
    RewriteRule ^/(.*)                  /doku.php?id=$1  [QSA,L]
</VirtualHost>

This is possible - you just need to use different syntax. You need to surround the field name with either double @ or double # (@@field.name@@ or ##field.name##)
e.g. the form:-
<form>
action template _ software:"@@software.Name@@:start"
struct_schema "software" !

Fieldset
Submit "Create a new Software record"
Thanks "View the new Software record to update the Software Index"
</form>

schema software has a field that holds the name of the software. (schema.Software.Name), and a field that holds the URL for the website of the software (schema.Software.Website)

the template:-

##software.Name##
/* struct data appears here */

/* uses an image called "$PageName_logo.png" located in the matching media directory
Note: the filename must be all lower-case and use underscores instead of spaces */

----

 \\
/* Some search links that may be useful - remove when page is complete(?) */

  * wp>@PAGE@
  * Google>@PAGE@
Description
Note that the template has blank lines at the start... without them the struct data won't render for some reason.

If the form is used to create a page about software called "Dumblebum" the page will be created in :software:dumblebum:start
The page title will be "Dumblebum"

The created page:-

Dumblebum
/* struct data appears here */

/* uses an image called "$SoftwareName_logo.png" located in the matching media directory
Note: the filename must be all lower-case and use underscores instead of spaces */

----

 \\
/* Some search links that may be useful - remove when page is complete(?) */

  * wp>start
  * Google>start

timemachine is just an example schema used in the documentation.

In your case use the schema of the table created with the struct plugin that you wish to base your ghant chart on.

Understanding structghant is not hard - perhaps you've overlooked installing the struct plugin and reading the documentation for that?

When that has happened to me it's because system date has changed but the webserver has not been reloaded. Whenever I went to save a page edit I'd get a warning about a newer version.
Running sudo systemctl reload apache2 fixed it in my instance

Are you saying my suggestion does not work - or, are you saying it doesn't work the way you believe it should work??

dokuwiki_site will expand to fit (frame) page_group (and div.page). If instead of setting a minimum size for page_group (or div.page) you'll have a tiny page in the top of a large dokuwiki_site - not pretty.
div.page uses height:auto (which is the "somehow the size is based on the content"), use userstyle.css to change that to min-height using the example I've given.

Look at the box model for a better explanation.

Does this help (I'm unsure which element you wish to resize)?

$DokuWiki/conf/userstyle.css
.dokuwiki div.page {
    min-height: 2000px !important;
    height: 3200px;
}
