In my wiki source code I have

<h1><a href="..."  accesskey="h" title="[H]"><img src="/_media/logo.png" width="64" height="64" alt="" /> <span>...</span></a></h1>

How to change that title="[H]" to my title?

Change the title attribute. That is, manually, right here in the code; there is no  setting for this.  This means that every time you update you will have to make the same edit.

!include style.iuml

Where did you put this?  In any event, you don't need to 'include' the style sheet.  If you put it into the plugin directory it will be automatically picked up by dokuwiki.  Another option is to create a file called userstyle.css in the conf directory and place your styles there.  You might want to mark as !important any styles that override those that appear in the plugin's directory.  But looking at your example, it seems that the plugin uses its own styling markup.  If so, it might be complicated, maybe not even or possible, to override.

I'm personally not anxious to have tons of emojies on my site.  I'd rather leave it to smileys.local.  That way we get what we need.

I'm not sure this is what you are looking for, but you can use a redirect.  A simple one is what I use for https://mturner.org
<?php
# index.php
header("Location: devel/doku.php");
?>
This goes in the document root (the top level directory to which your urls are directed.
So:
[document root directory]
index.php
  devel [wiki directory]
    bin
    conf
    data
     :
     :
    .htaccess
    doku.php
     :
     :

Entschuldigun, dass ich nicht früher antwortete.

Ich glaube, du benötigst ein Plugin, das auf ein Befehlszeile-Skript(? i.e. command line script) zugreifen kann.

As way of explanation.  This technique does away with the need to have a standalone script to do the work of the ajax call.  The call is handled through an event that triggers an event handler, i.e. a function in an action plugin.  This technique has the advantage of being very secure.  But truthfully, I don't know what the plugin author means by the exposeWebService option.

This refers to the standard way of handling an ajax call in dokuwiki by means of the AJAX_CALL_UNKNOWN event:  https://www.dokuwiki.org/devel:event:ajax_call_unknown

If the html output for uml has distinct identifiers, you can just place a stylesheet for uml in that plugin's directory.

Another option is the cssperpage plugin: https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:cssperpage

do=index?

Dies  gibt einen dokuwiki-seitenindex zurück, keine Google sitemap. Siehe https://www.dokuwiki.org/config:sitemap.  Diese Option gibt eine seitmap in data/cache.

NasheRodnoe is now flagged as a 'spammer', so he won't be able to login to dokuwiki, at least under that name.   Doesn't mean he can't register under another name and do the same thing.

Siehe:  https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8028957/how-to-fix-hea…

The Extension manager will generally fail if installing from github and your server does not have ssl enabled for PHP.  To check if your installation is missing support for SSL, unzip the attached file and place the index.php script in your topmost directory, then open it in your browser.  If you already  have an index.php in the directory then give it another name.  If the output does not show a section for openssl, then you  must install it.

For Windows, see this:
http://www.herongyang.com/PKI/HTTPS-PHP-Configure-PHP-Open…

For a Linux machine use your package manager.

It didn't occur to me to check the source code of the sites listed on the cms page, and at  least one of the others that doesn't "look" like a wiki is based on dokuwiki.   I know there are others.  I occasionally have come across a commercial site, usually technical, that has its basis in dokuwiki.  But that isn't really the point.  Dokuwiki is not a commercial product which has to "position" itself with respect to its competitors in order to satisfy its stock holders.  Its a community that centers around a core group of developers.  If the community were interested in 'modernity', there would be more of what you are looking for.  The other side of this is that where dokuwiki is being used on commercial sites that give dokuwiki a different look, and they are out there, these don't usually give back to dokuwiki. They are happy to have a free lunch.  Those who want something different can always try wikimatrix, where they might find developers whom they can hire to do what they are looking for.  But not all commercial sites want the different.  A few years ago I updated the site of an accounting firm.  As part of the package I offered them a bit of sprucing up. They didn't want it.  They wanted the same old 'staid' site that said to their clients, nothing has changed.

Here are  some examples of dokuwiki as CMS: https://www.dokuwiki.org/tips:cms, only one of which "looks  like" a wiki. And while we are on the topic of dokuwiki's possibilities, I stumbled on this site, which places dokuwiki among the top wiki engines:
