hello hello,

have you tried
api_caves:cavetemplate
... without the ".txt" as seen in the template section of the plugin?

by the way: since the bureaucracy-template is really just an ordinary page of your wiki, you can edit it from within the wiki and not via ftp. i've also grouped my templates under a folder called "pagetemplates" to find them more easily.

Looks like this has been an cache issue only.

struct plugin reacts pretty delicate, when it come to editing pages, pagetemplates or the schema. :)
clearing the cache after any edits is a necessity.

another update:
now i can see the assigned date only in edit mode of the page. but the structured data-table is not shown on the page created by the "page schema" function.

the aggregated table called with

---- struct table ----
schema: my_schema
cols: %title%, name
sort: %title%
----

is fine.

any hints? how can i "call" the structured data???

sorry, are these stupid questions regarding the struct-plugin?
if so, I am more then happy with just a link as an answer pointing me in the right direction. :)

or is the struct plugin just not that commonly used?

thanks,
g

Subject: struct - Schema Assignments lost after page edit
Hi again,

this time it's the struct assignements (https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:struct:assignments)
Thought I understood, then again... nope. :)

After a lot of fiddling around, I frigured out how to properly import via csv. Unfortunately, some of the pages lose their assigned struct data, after i edit the page. But I can't figure out how or why? After re-assigning that specific page via the schema assignments I get the form fields but they are empty.

My question:
How does dokuwiki know, that data is assigned? Which parts of the regular page.txt file shouldn't be touched? Is there any way to get the old data/versions back?

https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_id.asp

hello

i hope that i understood your question correctly.
...and your are not talking about the actual form fields or fields in a struct-db or individual words in a form field. in which cases my answer would be rather useless. ;)

depends on what kind of formatting you talking about. if you are happy with the formatting possiblities in the regular edit window (e.g. bold, italic, H1,...) you would do that formatting in your template.

have a look at Method 2 in the template mode of the plug-in (https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:bureaucracy#template_mode)
where you hand over values via @@. just add the formatting you'd like in the template file.
e.g. **@@ingredient_A@@** for Sugar

Am currently also fiddling around with the bureaucracy plugin and struct myself. not sure, how well documented and widely used it is.

(Bug or feature?)

Vielen Dank schon mal für die Hilfe.

Grüße,
George

Subject: struct - dynfilter with other comparators and image in column header
hey everybody,

being quite a fresh dokuwiki user i am still struggling with finding out what is possible and what isn't.
i really like the struct plugin and all its possibilities! two things i am currently missing though:

1.) is it possible to use the dynfilter with comparators others then = ?
(only found a similar but unanswered question from 2016 on the data-plugin:
https://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/12718)

2.) i guess there is no (easy) way to change the headers of an aggregated table to being an image, is there?

thanks for your help.

best,
george
